CHRIS PARKER

I’ve spent 2 separate weeks working out with Dan and have been following his workout plans for a total of 8 weeks. (1 week to start each 4 week rotation) This doesn’t seem like much time but I’ve been working out for just over 2 years and in that entire time, the most significant changes I have noticed in my overall strength have been in the past 2 months since I started with Dan.

I started with a pretty solid base but even with that I have seen gains in strength, stability, speed and balance that I just wasn’t getting before. The exercises and structure of the routines is something I have never done or seen up until 2 months ago but I know that I will never go back to the way I was working out before.

The exercises Dan plans out are efficient as well as challenging and they all involve multiple muscle groups so you never waste your time working one muscle at a time. The emphasis is on, as the name of this group says, CORE performance. I’ve gained a 6-pack faster than ever before but the biggest and one of the best advantages of Dan’s workout plans is the increased ability to perform at a higher level while playing sports. 

Most of my experience right now is in hockey but I can already tell I’m a faster skater, stronger on the boards and in front of the net and I win a lot more battles for the puck. I can’t wait for Rugby to start back up in the fall. 

I have no doubts that I’m going to continue working out with Dan and getting his advice and new routines to mix things up.

NICK HADDAD

I found Dan through one of my friends on facebook. It was obvious he knew what he was doing by his pictures, so I asked him a few questions and we got to talking.. one thing led to another and I decided to try out bowen for my busted shoulder.  Let me start by saying since my shoulder injury in grade 8, my left arm is now an inch longer than my right, and my right shoulder never really healed properly (it was actually a break in my arm in the growth plate, but it was so high up they couldn't cast it.. along with a few tears throughout my shoulder... I pretended it wasn't broken.. I suggest not doing so if you're in a similar situation).

Since then, I have never been able to lift my arm straight up sideways and touch my ear. After just a couple sessions with Dan, I was amazed with the range of motion. Let me clarify that I have tried everything from Active Release Therapy, Laser therapy, some crazy electroshock therapy... acupuncture, shoulder specialists, the best chiropractors in Canada (some that are world renown..)... even after MRI's, it all accomplished nothing.

Dan didn't even need an MRI, nor an x-ray.. Just simple, relaxing muscle movements... I will admit that at first I was quite skeptical (in fact, while it was being done the first time I was asking myself why I was wasting my time and money), but after seeing the results I was a believer. I've gone back for my hamstring, and now actively work out with Dan 3 times a week.. I've lost 3 inches off my waist, while maintaining my bodyweight (yes, losing fat, gaining muscle.. what more can you ask for?) in just a couple weeks.. I haven't even tried his meal plan, I still eat what I want.. Drink and smoke... Imagine what results could be seen if I was strict enough.

Anyways, as you read this I'll be contemplating getting my groin done next in bowen... I just don't know if I want Dan that close to my junk :P
