To further my education and to bring a more well rounded approach to my training and the training of my clients. I Had an amazing time, JC is a unbelievable trainer, presenter, speaker and person, I learned so much and have already started implementing everything into my routines as well as my clients. Functional Training is a must! For performance gains and injury prevention to muscle gains and weight loss, its a complete integrated approach to training. I can honestly say Ive grown as&nbsp; a trainer in those 2 days more then I have in a long time! Now its time to further myself and to help you guys do the same, be ready for the functional approach!
