Muay Thai Prehab Routines
Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 2:31PM Some videos illustrating various exercises that will help the Muay Thai athlete deal with tight hip flexors, tight ankles and all those sore muscles. This routines were put together for the athletes at Kombat Arts Training Academy.

I love using foam rollers for loosening tight muscles. It's a helpful exercise for anyone practising martial arts! :)
